Nikki here from SafePassage!
I’m your account representative, and I’m honored to serve your community.
SafePassage specializes in License Plate Recognition for neighborhoods everywhere. As part of our onboarding process, new communities like ‘The Glen’ will experience a short period of 2 to 3 weeks where our system learns your vehicle(s). In most cases, this process is immediate, but it can take longer for some cars. Your official go-live date was December 13th. Meaning you guys have been live for one week. Congratulations!
We want to set a goal to get everyone resolved as quickly as possible, and we need your help to do this. If you find that you are having trouble accessing the community because your license plate is not recognized, we’d like you to please get in touch with us. You can do this by sending us your license plate number, make and model of your vehicle, the lane you went through, and most critically, the date and time you went through the gate.
Please report your issue to support@SafepassageSolutions. com and allow us 2 to 3 business days to process your request.
