Waste Disposal

Recycling is currently open for residents to use from 7:30 AM until 6:45 PM. When the recycling containers are full, they are not opened again until emptied. You may dispose of recyclables in the compactor. Please don’t place items on the ground when the area is closed off.

We do not have a regular bulk item disposal area. However, Lehman Township does with specific days spring through fall. Please contact the township for more information. Please do not throw out household items other than normal kitchen garbage in our compactor. We also have a Bulk Item Disposal Committee whose members are tasked with scheduling scrap metal and bulk item disposal days a few times a year. Please consider volunteering to help the committee offer this service more frequently.

Sometimes the compactor is full or malfunctions and so the area gets coned and roped off until the problem can be solved. Although we recognize that this is an inconvenience, please refrain from dumping your garbage anyway. This is considered illegal dumping and will result in a fine and associated clean up costs. The best course of action is to take your trash back home and wait for the garbage area to reopen.

Yes, there are few local people doing this. They do work for a fee, they may charge per bag or per truck load.

Good Neighbor Policies

You have two options in this scenario; request permission for short term street parking or overnight parking at the clubhouse. Both require you to contact the community manager in advance and let him know approximately how many cars and for how long.

If you cannot resolve the issue with your neighbor directly, please contact the office and let the community manager know about the issue. All residences must maintain their dwelling/lot and property in good repair; and refrain from causing a nuisance or disturbance.

Yes you can, there are no issues with doing so. On the other hand if you need to re-do your entire lawn and need to hire contractors that is a different situation.

Security and General Issues

Contact the community manager and he will work with you to address the issue.

In order to avoid this from happening, it’s a good idea to let all your visitors know that the driver needs to show a valid license, registration, and inspection to enter our community as a visitor. In this situation, the contractor will have to leave and return later with the proper documentation.

Contact the community manager Scott Matthews and he will work with you to address the issue. If you are having trouble between the hours of 7 am and 7 pm, you can also call the on-duty Compliance Officer at 570-713-4420 or SafePassage Virtual Attendant at 570-953-8005.

Permits are required for any changes, additions, or alterations to the exterior of your home and lot. Best practice is when in doubt, check with the management team in the office to avoid unnecessary frustration or citations.

Office Issues

All residents in good standing can use their access card to enter the pool area. Currently, each household is allowed to bring up to 4 guests with them. Guests may not use the pool without a member. Seasonal pool hours are 10 AM to 7 PM every day, weather permitting. Senior swim hour is from 9 AM to 10 AM everyday. For any further information, please contact our management or compliance team.

Make an appointment with our community manager Scott. You will need to bring your vehicle information at the time of the appointment.

Failure to stop at a stop sign, Failure to maintain property, Illegal short term rentals, and Illegal dumping are the most frequently written citations.
