Application

To reserve the clubhouse, please go to the community website at www.glenattamiment.com.  Click on the calendar and go to reservations. The following items must be dropped off at the Clubhouse in order to reserve a date.  All documents must be provided no later than 1 week at the time of booking to reserve your date.  All dates are on a first come, first serve basis.  **NO DATES will be fully reserved until all paperwork and checks are received**. 

  1. Completed & signed Clubhouse Rental Reservation Request & Application.
  2. Rental Fee $25 per hour; Check made payable to The Glen at Tamiment POA or by online payment at Clickpay.com/FirstService.
  3. Security Deposit; $150 check or online deposit for security/cleaning purposes. This will

be returned after an approved inspection of the room after the event.

The Glen at Tamiment POA reserves the right to cancel a reservation if the Clubhouse suffers damage or other reasons that cannot be corrected prior to the reservation date scheduled. Such a cancellation by The Glen at Tamiment POA, will result in a full refund of both rental fee and deposit to the homeowner.

Clubhouse rentals are available to The Glen at Tamiment POA homeowners only.  Homeowners must be at least 21 years old.  Rentals are limited to functions for homeowners only and will be scheduled on a first come first serve basis.  Only one event may be held each calendar day in each clubhouse.  Clubhouses may be reserved up to six months in advance.

 At that time, you will have the opportunity to inspect the premises for any damage or unsatisfactory conditions and record same.

Clubhouse Rental Rules

  1. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your scheduled event, your rental fee will not be returned to you. However, if the clubhouse is rented by another homeowner, your rental fee will be returned.
  1. Clubhouse rentals are exclusive to homeowners of The Glen at Tamiment POA only. Homeowners must be present at all times during the event. Residents are responsible for the actions of all their guests.
  1. Clubhouse occupancy is limited to 100 people, including children.
  1. All events are 5 hours long max. The earliest possible time is 9 am. All events must be over no later than 10pm.
  1. Decorations are limited to table decorations only. Balloons are permitted but cannot be taped or affixed to anything in the clubhouse. Banners, posters, photos, etc. should be free standing and cannot be attached to any surface in the clubhouse. Use of tacks, nails, or tape is prohibited.
  1. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the clubhouse.
  1. Event hosts and guests are prohibited from entering the pool and fitness areas. The pool and fitness areas are not included in the rental.
  1. No hazardous activities are permitted as per the Declaration. This includes, but is not limited to, the clubhouse interior, parking lot, sidewalks, and common area.
  1. All activities must be conducted within the confines of the clubhouse. This includes, but is not limited to, the consumption of alcoholic beverages. You are responsible for the prevention of alcoholic beverages being consumed by minors or any other illegal activities conducted or engaged in by you and your guests.
  1. All furniture must be restored to its original position. All appliances and lights should be turned off with windows closed and all doors locked.
  1. All personal items must be removed prior to leaving the clubhouse. The Glen at Tamiment is not responsible for any loss of personal items.
  2. The clubhouse is to be left in a clean, neat, and orderly condition. Kitchen use is strictly limited to the refrigerator, oven, microwave, and sink. All tableware, napkins, paper towels, cups, plates. cutlery, and serving trays are the responsibility of the renter. Events committee closet and supplies in the kitchen are off limits. Bathrooms must be cleaned up if necessary. The cost of any additional cleaning incurred by the Association, due to the failure of the homeowner to properly clean the premise, will be deducted from the security deposit, as well as the cost of any damage to the clubhouse or its contents.

This Clubhouse Rental Reservation Request & Application must be followed, or it may result in the forfeiture of part or all of the security deposit, as well as jeopardize any future right to reserve the Glen at Tamiment POA. Furthermore, the homeowner agrees that in the event of damage or breakage not covered by the security deposit, the homeowner will make full retribution for any additional necessary repairs and costs over and above that amount. If any legal action must be taken to  collect  any additional amount not  covered  by the  deposit, the homeowner must pay any attorney fees.
