• Rules and Regulations: This committee is responsible for the annual review and update of our regulations and fine schedules.
  • Grievance: This three-member committee meets on the second Saturday of every month to hear from members disputing a citation.
  • Design and Review: This committee evaluates and approves members’ written permit requests.
  • Events: This committee proposes and organizes community events. Volunteers and helpers are always welcome. They can be reached directly via email at gleneventscommittee@gmail.com.
  • Bulk Item Disposal: This committee organizes bulk item disposal days for the community.
  • Communications: This committee is responsible for the weekly community update.
  • Strategic Planning: This committee is responsible for creating our strategic plan for the future of our community.
  • Fitness/Wellness: This committee organizes and offers sports and wellness classes.
  • Karaoke: This committee offers Karaoke events for both adults and youth in our community.
  • Welcome Committee: This committee welcomes new members, providing an overview of the community and helping ease the transition into our community.
  • Bylaws: This ad hoc committee gathers feedback from residents and proposes updates to our bylaws to the board.
  • Finance: This committee helps evaluate the fiscal health of our association and proposes changes to the board.
