Hello Neighbors,
As you know, we are currently in the process of upgrading our security technology system, including cameras, card readers, and software. As part of this upgrade, new access cards are being issued to everyone who currently have a card. We expect the new hardware to be installed by the end of this week and all existing cards to stop working at that point.
IMPORTANT (New Card Pickup): We will be setting up a table outside the clubhouse entrance tomorrow, Friday, August 28th from 9am to 7pm as well as Saturday, August 29th from 10am to 12pm and Sunday, August 30th from 5pm to 7pm, to allow for anyone who is available at these times to pick up their new cards.
If you are unable to pick up your new cards during any of the above mentioned times, the remaining cards will be available for pick up at the guard shack beginning 7:30pm Sunday, August 30th.
Please note you will be required to present proof of identity with a photo (e.g. driver license) in order to pick up your new cards.
