Bulk Item Disposal

We are holding a bulk item disposal day for owners on Saturday April 10th. This event is free and open to all owners in good standing. Anyone participating must register no later than April 5, 2021 by emailing Scotta.matthews@fsresidential.com and marissa.johnson@fsresidential.com. Participants have to include in the email if they are disposing of a single small item, a single large item, or a pickup truck bed worth of items and give a general description of items to be disposed of.

All participants will have to show identification on the day of the event and check in with the volunteer attendant. The following items are not permitted for this event: regular garbage or recycling items, flammable materials such as paint and gasoline, etc.  If you are unsure about what you can or cannot dispose, please email myself or Marissa at marissa.johnson@fsresidential.com and we can verify for you.
