Dear Homeowners,
As mentioned at our annual membership meeting, Dmitry Kovalenko has resigned from the Board to give more attention to his career and other obligations. We thank him for his diligent service and are currently looking for interested candidates to volunteer to fill the open board position of Treasurer. We request that eligible homeowners submit a letter of interest to the community manager no later than the close of business Tuesday, August 16, 2022, for the remaining one-year term.
In accordance with our current bylaws Article 9 Section 1: if the office of any board member becomes vacant for any reason, the Board of directors by majority vote may choose a successor who shall hold office for the unexpired term. Please note that all interested parties should reference the bylaws Article 4 Section 2 for eligibility requirements. Interested candidates should email our Community Manager Scott at scotta.matthews@fsresidential.
