BOARD BRIEFS
4/8//22
- We approved a new grievance and fine policy. Our management team will send this out to all residents.
- The Rules and Regulations Committee completed their recommended updates, and our attorney is reviewing them prior to the board voting on approving these changes.
- The Events Committee is hosting the Easter Egg Hunt this weekend, a Spring Bake Sale on 4/16 at 1 PM, a family” Dinner and a Movie” night on 4/22, a guided hike through Tamiment on 4/24, and a Mother’s Day Tea Party on 5/7.
- The first yoga class is set for 4/23 at 9 AM in the gathering room. Residents who are interested in attending yoga classes but unable to join in on Saturdays are encouraged to let Marissa in the office know what weekday evening works best.
- The Strategic Planning Committee survey will close on 4/15/22, and the Community Strategic Plan will be presented to residents in May.
- The pool repairs are scheduled to begin next week, weather permitting.
- AAF Landscaping has finished the street sweeping and will begin the swale and drain cleaning. They also mulched our flower beds and will be installing seasonal plantings this month.

The Events Committee received the new five-foot grill for the community. We are looking forward to using it at the Memorial Day Cookout next month.
