Dear Residents,
Please see the attached for the dues package for 2022. FirstService Residential will be sending out account statements via USPS. The dues and special assessment will show up on everyone’s account starting January 1st, 2022. Payments can be made at any time and if the full balance is paid by January 15th, there is a $50 discount. The dues package will also be printed and placed in the green mailbox for anyone who cannot print or have neighbors that do not have a computer.
