Hello Residents, The beginning of the 6 month timeframe for ending a business out of your home within The Glen At Tamiment starts tomorrow. As a reminder, please see the section of the Presidents report regarding this topic: CCR recorded document states in section 3.1(h) that “no trade, solicitation, business, service, or profession of any kind or nature whatsoever shall at any time be conducted on the subdivision nor shall any lot be used for such purposes.” We know this has been overlooked in the past. We are providing notice to all residents that may be in violation of this regulation a warning period of six months effective April 1, 2021 to correct any potential violation of this section. As of October 1, 2021 the warning period will have ended and violations will be issued.
