Thank you for your patience while the BOD worked with Securitas on the above matter.
Please be advised that the installation of the new software system is not complete. The IT team will be returning tomorrow for final resolution. The system was setup Friday with a temporary workaround to allow cards to function in the interim of completion, but that effort was not successful.
We apologize for the inconvenience. The gate attendant will continue to manually open the gate for verified residents to enter. Anyone not in possession of a new card yet, will be required to enter via the visitors lane for verification purposes.
Please remember for those of you not in possession of your new cards, security will have them available for pickup today.
We hope this information has been helpful to you and again thank you for your patience as we navigate thru these temporary growing pains. To all of our parents and students preparing for the first day of school tomorrow, we wish you all much success and sanity as we also learn to navigate this new educational model!
