Water Company Form Assistance

As you know the water company is trying to increase the water rates for both water and wastewater. The attached are the forms we need to submit to try and combat this rate hike. Help is being offered to fill out complaints tomorrow from noon to 3 as well as an ad hoc water hike committee meeting on Friday at noon. If you are unable to open the attachments, please let me know and I will send them directly to you or you can pick them up here at the clubhouse.
