You may have noticed that there were two mailers sent to your home regarding the nominations meeting. The mailing system that was used made an error on one of the letters. The nominations meeting is June 3rd at 10 am. Due to the error made, there was no cost in sending out the second correct letter. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
