Dear Residents,

Due to the amount of confusion, the amount of residents who do not want statements and the cost associated, we will be discontinuing all statements sent to residents. However, if you would still like to receive a statement, please contact the office by email at scotta.matthews@fsresidential.com or marissa.johnson@fsresidential.com and we will make sure you still receive statements. This will take effect for the May statements. The statements will be at a cost of $2.50 per statement. If you have any questions, please let us know. Thank you!
