Dear Residents,

As of this morning, we have received 82 total online and 16 absentee ballot votes. This is a huge undertaking because it requires an affirmative or “yes” vote from 2/3 majority of the community for any of these amendments to pass. However, we feel it is worth the time and effort to try as the existing declaration was written during a different era when the community was part of a master resort. Today, our community does not have a functioning resort next door and is wonderfully diverse, comprised of full-time households both young and old, vacation homeowners, landlord owners, and undeveloped lot owners. We need to update this document to reflect the community that exists today, and we need your participation in the process. We have a substantial list of volunteer block captains to help with marketing this effort to our neighbors and provide every opportunity possible for all members to participate. Please remember that there are three ways eligible members can vote on the proposed CCR amendments: online, through an absentee paper ballot, and in person on October 29th. There are 274 eligible members, and we need every vote to make this count.
If you are having issues with the online voting, please let the office or Compliance know and we can provide paper absentee ballots for you.

Sincerely,

Scott Matthews Jr.
