We are opening up online and absentee voting for the proposed amendments to our governing documents today. As a reminder, we need ⅔ affirmative vote from the members in good standing for an amendment to pass. Good standing membership is defined as having a zero balance with amounts owed to the association. This includes but is not limited to payment in full of annual assessments, special assessments, permit fees, and citation fees. As of this morning, we have a total of 275 members in good standing. If you do not receive an election buddy email to your email address and your account is at a zero balance, please reach out to me at scotta.matthews@fsresidential.com. If you are looking for an absentee ballot, please stop in the office and we will provide you with all that is needed. All absentee and online voting ends on October 25th, 2022. All in person voting will take place on Saturday October 29th, 2022, at 10 am during the budget meeting. Thank you and have a great rest of the day.
