Draft Strategic Plan

Please see attached for the draft strategic plan from the Strategic Planning Committee. The committee is asking for feedback on the draft strategic plan by answering the following:

*Does the proposed vision and supporting mission statement align with how you view the community as an owner?  Are there any other thoughts you have about what should be added to or eliminated from the words used to make it clearer and or more meaningful.

 

*Strategies are done to give overall direction to how the community is managed from a time, money, risk, and investment standpoint.  They are reviewed every year but generally do not change frequently.   What does change annually are the action plans associated with the strategies all of which are created or extended as part of the annual budget cycle – So the strategies you are being asked to review are critical in determining the action plans for the year.

 

*Please indicate any strategies you think need clarification in why they made the list from an importance standpoint or how they would be measured?
