Dear Residents,

As you are all aware, Securitas will be moving out from our community by Tuesday, September 28th at 8:00am. We know there is a lot of concerns with this and we are looking to put those concerns to rest. Starting Tuesday, we will have someone at the front gate 24hrs/7 days a week until the new system is put into place. ( We will update everyone once we have a firm date on when the installation will start).

With the transition from Securitas on Tuesday, the new cameras and access card readers will begin to be installed. The new access card readers are compatible with the cards that you already have which is very convenient. The issue with residents going through the visitor lane will be very short lived and the front gate will be the first on the list for installation along with the trash compactor that will lock just as it did before.

For your visitors, the guard booth will have a phone for you to call to let them know what visitors you have coming. The front gate will be checking IDs for all visitors and any homeowner going through the visitor lane will just have to show their access card until the resident lane is re-opened. All visitors that were put on the “do not allow access” have been transferred from the VMS onto the new list at the front gate. Anyone who comes to the gate that you did not call in, will be denied entry.

To call in for the front gate, please dial 570-517-4677. Please give them a call with any visitors that will be coming to your home as well as if there are any new denied entries.
The school bus pick up and drop off will continue to be monitored Monday through Friday.

We are looking for a smooth transition and we will be keeping the community updated with all the new changes that are happening and when they will happen. Have a wonderful weekend!

Sincerely,

Scott Matthews Jr.
