Census Forms

Hello Residents,

Please see attached for the Census form that needs to be filled out completely if you have not already done so. It is also posted on the website if you can’t see the attachment. You can also fill out everything on the connect portal but please keep in mind, all the areas need to be filled out such as vehicles, residents, contact information, renters if applicable and pets in the portal. Please feel free to drop off the papers to our drop box at the front entrance or you can email them to Marissa at marissa.johnson@fsresidential.com. Thank you and have a wonderful day.

Note: Amenity Access will be disabled May 1, 2021 for any owner whose census form has not been received.
