Hello Residents,
As I am sure you already know, a winter storm warning has been issued for our area. Total snow accumulations of 12 to 18 inches are expected along with 10 to 20 mph winds. Snow is expected to begin around 2:00 pm on Wednesday. AAF will be here before the snow storm begins on Wednesday to pre-treat the roads. They will remain in the community until the storm ends and the job is complete. They will be taking care of the main roads first and then on to the cul-de-sacs and clubhouse parking lot. Please use extra caution if you need to leave your home during the storm as it will take time for the roads to be completely clear with this amount of snow.
