Dear Residents,

I just received notice that the insurance company that is handling the mailbox situation has agreed to pay the amount in full. I will be reaching out to the different vendors this week to put the orders in and schedule dates for the repairs to begin. Thank you for everyone’s patience in regards to this and hopefully everything gets back to normal as soon as possible.
