Dear Residents,
As you may already be aware, the PUC denied certain forms that were turned in and provided the almost same exact form for you to refill out. The community office is accepting the updated forms and we will send them as a whole again on your behalf. If you are in need of an updated form, the office has the correct form and it is also located on the community website. We hope that everyone fills out the new form provided by the PUC so we can continue to fight the water price increase.
The PUC has a prehearing scheduled for January 11th with the OCA and CUPA as a strictly administrative function, no testimony will be given or taken for record. Again, there is still time to send in the forms if you have not done one. The formal hear dates will be scheduled at a future date.
