As a reminder going forward, if you are paying your 2023 Annual Assessment monthly, payments are due by the 1st of every month. This includes the special assessment.
Collections Policy that was adopted on October 22nd of 2022 and went into effect on January 1st, 2023. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at the office and we will be happy to help.
